Short post before bed - I just had an amazing picnic dinner on Bald Hill. We watched huge clouds and rainstorms drift by out on the ocean, got a spectacular light show and spotted lots of planes flying out from Sydney. That, combined with a wonderful exhibition I just saw at the Clifton School of Arts, has given me more ideas for a new piece.
Almost mechanical sounding music - think merry-go-rounds and music boxes - set to film of paper cut out clouds and planes floating past, resplendent in sunset colours...
